Designing your space believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• For Products like designer wall kits for various home spaces, cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before digital proof confirmation made by the customer and 100% refund with no questions asked, transaction cost would not be refunded as this is charged by payment gateway partner around 2.5% of total invoice. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the manufacturing/procurement have been started of the orders after getting approval by the customer on digital proof shared to them or we have initiated the process of shipping the orders.
• Designing your space does not accept cancellation requests for customized items like paintings, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is damaged or wrong items have been delivered to them.
• In case of non-customized items like paintings with regular size provided by the wallcart, home decor, etc. Designing your space except cancellation before shipping of the product that has been ordered. However, return is possible for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the products. Please note the return courier would be done by the customer at our communication address.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the Designing your space, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
