Wallcart Guide
In order to place an order with Wallcart you will first need to choose a design, then share your wall measurements with us, add it to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout.
It's really quite simple once you get the hang of shopping in a virtual space. However, if you are a beginner, we have some basic instructions for you below. This guide is applicable for designer wall kits products, for paintings and other home decor products you can buy them directly.
1. Standard Wall
Measure the width and height of the entire wall. Please double-check your work to ensure accuracy. We will add an extra inch on all four sides to accommodate for slightly uneven walls.
2. Walls with doors & windows
Below is the typical wall configuration for which designer wall kits can be installed. You can talk with our designer team, and they will help you with the rest of the process.
1. Choose a Design
We have a large selection of creative and well-designed designer wall kits for all of your needs. You must choose the design that you prefer the most. For customized designer wall kits, you can talk with our designer team and continue with the rest of the process below.
2. Send the Width & Height
For the next step in the ordering process, you must send us the height and width measurements of your wall or the location where you want to install your designer wall kit along with the wall photo.
3. Add to Cart & Checkout
After sending the height and width, we proceed to the cart, where all of the product information, including price for the base size, is displayed. Finally, we proceed to the checkout, where you can finish your order by making the payment.
4. Digital Proof & Delivery
Our designers will generate a digital proof for you to review and request changes / corrections. Once you are happy with the proof we will then proceed to procure the finish materials and tailor it to your wall size and ship to you. Incase you are not happy with the design proof you may change the designs at no additional cost or ask for a 100% refund, no questions asked. Explore the digital proof tab above for more details.
Note:
The price mentioned on each product is for the base Size: 11'X9' (base area: 99sqft.), if your wall coverage area is more than the base area (99sqft) then for above base area additional per sqft charge to be paid, whose details you can check on the product information tab under each product page and calculate the overall price. Our team will also inform you about it during digital proof stage and pay the remaining extra amount at that time If you have any query at any stage, please contact us on 7982743755.
Each product has different material and finishes used. Please refer the installation guide under the product information on each of the product page as shown in below image.
A design manual would also be provided during digital proof stage for your references and approvals.
Ready to Install
Make sure your wall is in good condition before the installation of designer wall kits. Ensure a smooth, and clean wall surface with no dampness. If there is any dampness on the wall then choose the designer wall kit that can withstand the dampness only or for other design choices we suggest you to rectify the dampness first for long life of the designer wall products.
For new electrical points to be installed at the place where you are planning to install designer wall kit or for any other issues we suggests you to inform us during digital proof stage.
What is digital proof?
At Wallcart we strive to ensure that what you see is what you get, no compromises. Our digital proof process has been put in place to make sure you can enjoy peace of mind when ordering with us.
Do I have to pay extra for digital proof?
No, this is a complimentary service and you do not have to pay any additional fees or charges for the digital proof.
Should I ask for digital proof before ordering?
No, all our wall covering orders have a mandatory digital proofing process. You do not need to take any special action from your end.
What don't I like what I see?
We have got you covered. You can choose a different design at no extra cost or get a 100% refund of your entire amount. No questions asked.
Any cancellation charges if I don't like the proof?
There are no cancellation charges, and you are entitled to a 100% refund if you are not happy with the digital proof.
What if I don't want any digital proof?
All orders will be processed for production only after the digital proof has been accepted and cannot be circumvented. Sample orders do not require any digital proof.
